Shipping & Returns
All american orders are shipped with UPS from our Fulfilment Warehouse in Canada.
All other global orders can also be shipped with DHL or DPD.
Postal Service substitution is available at request.
You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charge would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code. Shipping is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify.
TFC-US does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. However, if you pay to send the item back to us, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge.
General Return Policy
All Returns are subject to store’s Purchase Agreement Terms.
These are TFC-US.COM ’s (“TFC-US”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the TFC-US.COM website.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting TFC-US Customer Service in writing through sending e-mail to [email protected]
UNUSED, ORIGINAL SEAL PACKAGED merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a partial refund. Customer agrees to pay 10% restocking fee on any returned merchandise.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Used items
- Any custom length cut products such as tubing or cable sleeving
- Any cooling liquids or additives
- Any product not purchased from TFC-US.COM
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product that exhibits physical damage.
